10 sessions of Basic French Cooking Skills
1. Carrot Soup
(Knives skill and cutting of vegetables-trimming for making Carrot Soup)
2. Appetizers (Eggs, Salads, Vinaigrettes etc……)
3. Stock, Sauces & Soup
(Chicken stocks, Veal, Beef, Chicken Sauces, Fish sauces etc...)
4. Hot appetizers
(Quiche, Soufflé etc....)
5. Pasta
(Risotto, Fresh paste cariponara/ Seafood gnocchi’s, etc...)
6. Fish
(How to cut and prepare the fish, Sole hollandaise sauce, Turbot, Frog legs, Crabs, Shrimps etc...)
7. Meat
(How to cut and prepare the meat filet mignon, Pork etc...)
8. Game- Poultry (chicken, etc…)
9. Desserts
(Crepes Suzettes, Chocolate soufflé etc...)
10.Canapés and mignardises
(Cocktails food, Mini desserts etc...)

Course Start 14 October, 2010 - 16th December 2010 (for everyone): every Thursday, from 6:30pm to 9:30pm
