Aim & Objectives:
  • The Advanced Diploma in Hotel Culinary Management aims to provide students with culinary skills and knowledge and practical kitchen experience.
Award & Assessment:
  • Upon completion of all modules, students will receive a joint Advanced Diploma in Hotel Culinary Management from Hong Kong Culinary Academy.
• Attendance: A minimum attendance of 90% is required.
