Entry Requirements
Diploma Programs
Hotel Culinary Management Diploma
- Form 6 graduation or equivalent
- IELTS 4.5 or equivalent English proficiency
- Age 18 or above
- Passion for culinary arts
Certificate Programs
Certificate in Western Bakery & Pastry
- Form 3 graduation or equivalent
- Age 18 or above
- Basic Cantonese understanding
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Certificate in Starter and Main Course
- Form 3 graduation or equivalent
- Age 18 or above
- Basic English or Cantonese
- Interest in professional cooking

CEF Information
The Continuing Education Fund (CEF) provides financial assistance to eligible applicants. For CEF-eligible courses, you may receive up to 80% reimbursement (maximum HK$25,000) upon successful completion.
