Entry Requirements

Diploma Programs

Hotel Culinary Management Diploma
  • Form 6 graduation or equivalent
  • IELTS 4.5 or equivalent English proficiency
  • Age 18 or above
  • Passion for culinary arts

Certificate Programs

Certificate in Western Bakery & Pastry
  • Form 3 graduation or equivalent
  • Age 18 or above
  • Basic Cantonese understanding
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Certificate in Starter and Main Course
  • Form 3 graduation or equivalent
  • Age 18 or above
  • Basic English or Cantonese
  • Interest in professional cooking

Academic Documents
  • ✓ Completed application form
  • ✓ Academic transcripts (certified copies)
  • ✓ Graduation certificates
  • ✓ English proficiency test results (if applicable)
Personal Documents
  • ✓ Identity card/passport copy
  • ✓ Recent passport-sized photos (2)
  • ✓ Personal statement (for diploma programs)
  • ✓ Letters of recommendation (if required)

CEF Information

The Continuing Education Fund (CEF) provides financial assistance to eligible applicants. For CEF-eligible courses, you may receive up to 80% reimbursement (maximum HK$25,000) upon successful completion.
