These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Penasia School of Continuing Education website and services. By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Enrollment and Application
Application Process
- All applications must be submitted with complete and accurate information
- Supporting documents must be authentic and verifiable
- Application fees are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to verify all submitted information
- Admission decisions are final and not subject to appeal
Enrollment Requirements
- Students must meet minimum age requirements (18+ for all programs)
- Academic prerequisites must be satisfied before enrollment
- English proficiency requirements apply to international programs
- Health and safety requirements must be met for practical courses
- Immigration status must be valid for the duration of study
3. Tuition Fees and Payment

Payment Terms
- First installment due upon enrollment confirmation
- Subsequent payments due as per payment schedule
- Late payment fees of HK$200 apply after 7 days
- Enrollment may be suspended for overdue payments exceeding 30 days
- All fees are in Hong Kong Dollars and include applicable taxes
4. Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Cooling-off Period
- Students may withdraw within 7 days of contract signing
- Full refund available during cooling-off period (minus registration fee)
- Written notice required for cooling-off withdrawal
Withdrawal After Course Commencement

5. Academic Policies
Attendance Requirements
- Minimum 90% attendance required for diploma programs
- Minimum 80% attendance required for certificate programs
- Medical certificates required for extended absences
- Make-up sessions may be arranged at additional cost
- Poor attendance may result in course failure
Assessment and Grading
- Minimum 50% average required for course completion
- All assignments must be submitted by specified deadlines
- Plagiarism will result in immediate course failure
- Re-assessment opportunities subject to additional fees
- Grade appeals must be submitted within 14 days
Certification
- Certificates issued only upon successful completion
- All fees must be paid before certificate issuance
- Replacement certificates available for HK$200
- Certificate verification services available
- Graduation ceremony attendance is optional
6. Student Conduct
Code of Conduct
- Students must maintain professional behavior at all times
- Respect for fellow students and staff is mandatory
- Discrimination, harassment, or violence will not be tolerated
- Academic integrity must be maintained in all work
- Institution property must be treated with care
Disciplinary Actions
- Verbal warnings for minor infractions
- Written warnings for repeated violations
- Suspension for serious misconduct
- Expulsion for severe violations (no refund)
- Police involvement for criminal activities
7. Health and Safety
General Safety
- Students must follow all safety protocols in kitchen facilities
- Personal protective equipment required where specified
- Health conditions that may affect safety must be disclosed
- Emergency procedures must be understood and followed
- First aid facilities available on campus
COVID-19 Measures
- Health declarations required for campus entry
- Temperature checks conducted daily
- Mask wearing mandatory in all indoor areas
- Social distancing measures in effect
- Hand sanitization stations provided
8. Intellectual Property
Course Materials
- All course materials are proprietary to PenAsia or its partners
- Materials may not be reproduced without written permission
- Recording of classes prohibited without consent
- Course content may not be shared with non-enrolled persons
- Digital materials are for personal use only
Student Work
- Students retain rights to their original work
- PenAsia may use student work for promotional purposes
- Credit will be given for any published student work
- Students may request removal of their work from promotional materials
9. Technology and Online Services

- Website content is for informational purposes only
- Information accuracy is not guaranteed
- Website availability subject to maintenance schedules
- User accounts must not be shared
- Misuse of technology resources is prohibited
Data Protection
- Personal data handled according to Privacy Policy
- Students responsible for keeping login credentials secure
- Suspicious account activity must be reported immediately
- Data breaches will be reported as required by law
10. Limitation of Liability

- PenAsia's liability limited to tuition fees paid
- No liability for indirect or consequential damages
- Insurance coverage available for campus injuries
- Students advised to maintain personal insurance
- Force majeure events may suspend operations without liability
11. Changes to Programs and Policies
Program Modifications
- PenAsia reserves the right to modify course content
- Schedule changes may occur due to operational needs
- Program cancellation may occur due to insufficient enrollment
- Alternative arrangements offered for cancelled programs
Policy Updates
- Terms and conditions may be updated periodically
- Students will be notified of significant changes
- Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of changes
- Major changes may require new agreement signing
12. Dispute Resolution
Internal Resolution
- Students encouraged to resolve issues through dialogue
- Formal complaint process available
- Academic appeals committee for grade disputes

Legal Jurisdiction
