Instructor: Mr. Wong will teach student how to drink wine, and teach new issues like "Variety of grapes" and "grapes and taste". Different kinds of red, white wine will be presented to the students. Mr. Wong has more than 10 years experiences on culinary, cocktails, and red/white wines.

Qualification: WSET(R) Level 1 Foundation Certificate
HK$600 of examination fee, 45 Multiple-choices, 70% correct to pass
