Aim & Objectives: |

The Certificate in Hotel Culinary is designed to provide those who are preparing to enter the Hotel Culinary industry with critical awareness of the menu studies, food & Beverage Service Operation, general kitchen and with a syllabus of Cambridge in Hospitality Sector. The Certificate enables individuals to investigate global, regional and local perspectives on Hotel Culinary and to enhance their skills and knowledge with practical kitchen experience.

Award & Assessment: |

- Upon completion of all twelve modules successfully, students will receive a Certificate in Hotel Culinary from Penasia School of Continuing Education.
- Attendance: A minimum attendance of 85% per module is required.
